Hear is a verb, My is a noun, Soul is a noun, Speak is a verb.
Hear m soul speak is personification because a soul does not speak and a soul is not a phsicially thing is it a mental thing so shakespear is trying to show that he is speaking from his heart.

As we discussed today, this paragraph is packed with interesting (and valid) ideas about the poem. What is needed now is for you to be more systematic about the way you express these ideas.
I suggest you write one paragraph for each of the language devices and in each state the effect it has, give a strong example, and explain how that example works to add meaning to the poem as a whole.
